The Homecoming game for the Cardinals was held on Friday, Oct. 4, 2019, at 7 p.m. at the Cardinal Stadium. The big game was played against the Texarkana Razorbacks. The score was 26 (Cardinals) to 27 (Texarkana). Unfortunately, we did not win our Homecoming game. Coach Ronald Lewis (receiver coach) says that the whole homecoming process was a distraction to the players for the game.

“The whole homecoming process was a distraction to the players for the game,” said Coach Ronald Lewis. “A lot of [the players’] plays could’ve been different.”

This is not the end of the season so there are more games to be played and won.
